At 3Q Digital, our mission has always been about unlocking limitless growth, whether it’s for our clients, our employees, or our agency as a whole. That growth mindset, enshrined in our core value of “Accept No Limits,” has guided us in our journey to becoming the largest, most disruptive independent growth marketing agency. And throughout that journey, we’ve stayed true to ourselves and the “3Q Way,” committed to building the best agency culture in the industry.
When 3Q’s founder David Rodnitzky brought me onboard, he knew that I was uniquely positioned to grow 3Q to new heights. Much like 3Q, growth is a part of my DNA. During my 14 year tenure as iProspect’s Global CEO, I scaled their agency from $1 million to $250 million globally and built a global network of more than 1,700 staff operating in 40 countries. And just prior to joining 3Q, I served as Skyword’s President, where I scaled revenue to $20 million and raised $35 million in growth capital.
When 3Q’s reins were handed over to me in 2019, it was made abundantly clear that my remit as CEO is to activate limitless growth. Since then, I’ve been working closely with our executive leadership team to really define what growth means for 3Q. This team – which includes Ellen Corrigan, Laura Rodnitzky, Shane Kern, Sam Huston, Stephanie Mace, and Adrienne Abrams – has done an incredible job pinpointing the steps we needed to take to drive us forward and to help our clients achieve limitless growth of their own.
So today, I’m honored to announce the next big step in this incredible growth journey: 3Q has officially joined the global digital agency DEPT. Together, we’ll be a global powerhouse delivering best-in-class holistic digital solutions, supporting more than 65 languages and leveraging campaign experience in more than 180 markets, and managing more than $3 billion in digital media around the globe. Going forward, 3Q Digital will now be known as 3Q/DEPT.
Founded in 2015, DEPT’s team of over 3,000 digital specialists (known as “Depsters”) operate from more than 30 offices spread across five continents, and is on track to surpass over $500 million in net sales this year.
Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to learn all about DEPT and the values that drive them. What immediately stood out during our early conversations was how incredibly similar we are, whether it’s our core agency mission or our emphasis on elevating the employee experience. Like 3Q, DEPT believes in the power of having an inclusive, supportive culture where employees feel empowered to take bold steps to innovate, challenge the status quo, and drive limitless growth for their clients.

In 2008, David launched 3Q from a San Francisco coffee shop with a vision for an agency that would be a “beacon of light in an otherwise dark agency world.” Over a decade later, we’ve charted a new path to success – one where employees truly care about their colleagues and clients, where curiosity and courage is celebrated, and growth is infinite.
Now, we’re expanding our ability to impact every step of the customer’s journey, supported by DEPT’s deep expertise in analytics, commerce, technology, and creative services.
